3BL Strategies was formed in 2015 as a response to the growing need for comprehensive downtown and suburban revitalization that integrates urban planning, real estate development, transportation & infrastructure and public policy.
We represent a new way to revitalize communities and drive economic development through mixed-use and transit-oriented development, grounded in the concepts of good urbanism and social, environmental and economic responsibility.
About our Founder
Our Founder, Brandon A. Palanker, is a recognized leader in downtown revitalization, mixed-use development, public engagement and place-based economic development.
Brandon has nearly 20 years experience in real estate, having played a key role in the entitlement of over 15 million sf of mixed-use development, representing over $12 billion in development potential.
A renowned speaker and urbanist, Brandon is a strong believer in the triple bottom line of Social, Environmental and Economic responsibility.
